There was a swing-bridge through which she would have to pass. Before
the keel was laid, Phil called the state highway department to see about opening it. The state said that
it was stuck, and they weren't going to fix it.Then he called the coast guard, they called the state and then called him back saying that it would
open when the schooner was ready to go through!
